This dip, spread on crackers disappears quickly! It’s a perfect snack for a backyard cookout or game day.

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 cups mayonnaise
Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or sturdy chips. This is a terrific gluten free option when served with GF crackers.
Notes: To retain the great taste yet reduce the fat, use 2 percent milk shredded cheddar cheese and the "olive oil" mayonnaise. For the best bacon flavor, try smoked cherrywood bacon. It's so yummy!
