We always begin our breakfasts with a fruit course and we try to make them as interesting as possible! This morning we served Cara Cara Oranges with a scoop of Limoncello Gelato, fresh raspberries and a bit of mint.
There really is no recipe that I can post for you other than to peel the oranges, slice and put on a pretty plate. We normally make all of our own ice creams and sorbets, but Haagen Daz has a Limoncello Gelato that just can’t be beat!
